Our commitment to fair and transparent refunds.

1. Overview

At RepoPrism, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through our platform. Payments are processed by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR).

2. Eligibility for Refund

2.1 Full Refund Within 7 Days

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal if you are not satisfied with the Service. To be eligible:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
  • This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
  • Refunds are available for first-time purchases and renewals.

2.2 Pro-Rata Refund for Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions, if you request a refund after the 7-day window but before 6 months of the subscription period have elapsed, we will consider a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the subscription, at our discretion. Contact us with your order details to request this.

2.3 No Refund Cases

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the charge date, except for the annual pro-rata consideration above.
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Charges for AI provider usage such as Groq or Google Gemini, which are governed by those providers' own refund policies.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at repoprism@gmail.com and include:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Your Razorpay Order ID or Payment ID, found in your payment confirmation email.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. Subscription Management

RepoPrism Pro subscriptions are managed through Razorpay and automatically renew at the end of each billing period. To request non-renewal, email us at repoprism@gmail.com at least 3 days before your next billing date with your registered email and order details. We will confirm the non-renewal and you will continue to have Pro access until the end of your current paid period.

5. Downgrade to Free Plan

At the end of your subscription period, your account will automatically revert to the Free Plan. You will retain access to all your existing shared reports until they expire. Your account and scan history will remain intact.

6. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Currency and Taxes

All payments are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Refunds will be processed in INR. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are not our responsibility. Prices shown in USD on our website are approximate conversions for reference only.
